COTABATO CITY (May 4, 2024) — The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (MBHTE) distributed 1,180 specially designed armchairs to multiple schools in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur aimed at improving the seating arrangements and overall comfort for students.

The targeted distribution of these armchairs primarily focused on schools in Lanao del Sur I, Lanao del Sur II, and Maguindanao. These areas, known for their dedication to education despite facing various challenges, were prioritized by the MBHTE to address the pressing need for better learning facilities.

By providing comfortable seating arrangements, the ministry aims to enhance the overall learning experience and promote a positive educational atmosphere.

Through this initiative, the MBHTE underscores its commitment to improving educational standards, ensuring that students have access to quality learning environments to help them reach their full academic potential.
