Ebrahim led the Kapayapaan sa Pamayanan (KAPYANAN) program turnover of core shelters equipped with solar-powered lights and water systems to beneficiaries from three municipalities in the province of Maguindanao del Norte on Wednesday, November 13.

“These people who now have houses truly had none. Our gratitude to them (BARMM) is beyond measure,” Sema stressed.

Also attended the ceremony were KAPYANAN Project Manager Engr. Mohammad K. Abdullah, Sultan Mastura Mayor Zulficar Ali H. Panda, and officials from the Bangsamoro Government, Local Government Units, and Barangay Local Government Units who were spearheaded the said ceremony.

It stands as a flagship initiative of the Office of the Chief Minister (OCM), dedicated to serving Bangsamoro communities by providing access to decent and dignified housing units with facilities.
