Macacua witnessed the turn-over and signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the MOH and the recipients of 17 units of land ambulances, mobile clinic, and other medical-related projects under the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) project of year 2021.


COTABATO CITY (March 4, 2023) – The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) intensified its medical support by bringing the Bangsamoro government closer to Bangsamoro community this transition period.


Yesterday, Senior Minister MP Abdulraof A. Macacua witnessed the turn-over and signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the recipients of 17 units of land ambulances, mobile clinic, and other medical-related projects under the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) project of year 2021.

Senior Minister Macacua emphasized that event is another milestone indication that the BARMM government under the stewardship of Chief Minister Ahod Balawag Ebrahim through the Ministry of Health prioritizes the promotion, protection, and preservation of the health of Bangsamoro people.

“The provision of health services, aside from being a fundamental right of the people, is an essential component of economic and social development,” Macacua said.
