During the culmination program, MBHTE Consultant Ammier Dodo emphasized the importance of preparing the next generation for future leadership.
Minister Iqbal’s message was also highlighted, “Assertion for the establishment of an educational framework that is relevant and responsive to the needs, ideals, and aspirations of the people in the Bangsamoro.”
Yul Olaya, Chief of the Curriculum and Instructions Division (CID) of MBHTE, also delivered a message, citing, “Kailangan maging excellent in whatever we do. We need to show to others yung ating deep relationship sa lumikha sa atin, kahit kayo man ay Christian, IPs, o Muslim. We have to show to the world kung gaano ka-deep yung ating relationship sa lumikha sa atin.
Olaya also stressed the importance of morality in education, “The world is full of deceptions, kung hindi matalas ang inyong kapit doon sa lubid na yun matatangay kayo doon sa materyal na mga bagay, sa hindi magagandang gawain, pwede kayo maging magaling pero kayo ay magiging corrupt, magaling kayo maging lawyer or whatever pero yung mga ginagawa nyo ay nagdudulot ng kahirapan sa iba, that is not the right graduate we want to produce, we want to produce is, “Empowered Bangsamoro with a high moral foundation.”
Meanwhile, each representative from the school divisions shared their insights and experiences regarding the program, aiming to strengthen unity and improve education in Bangsamoro. (Sahara A. Saban, BMN/BangsamoroToday)
