
UNYPAD EKCI Chapter Conducts Training on Da’wah Methodology and Effective Presentation

SUR (September 6, 2025) — The United Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD) Eastern Kutawato College, Inc. (EKCI) School-Based Chapter, under the supervision of the UNYPAD Maguindanao Cluster III Provincial Chapter, successfully held a one-day training on Da’wah Methodology and Effective Presentation on September 5 at the EKCI campus in Barangay Kayaga, Pandag.
The training aimed to enhance the capabilities of young UNYPAD members in conducting Da’wah and delivering impactful messages that promote peace, unity, and development in their communities.
The program officially began at 8:00 a.m. with an opening invocation by Salamat U. Timbulan. This was followed by welcoming remarks from Noel S. Sanip, EKCI Chapter Chairman. Nasrulla P. Hamdan provided the Welcome Address, and Akmad S. Musa, the Provincial Chairman of Maguindanao Cluster III, delivered an inspirational message underlining the crucial role of youth in promoting the mission of Da’wah.
Other key figures, including Taukan Sallugungan, Provincial Vice Chairman for External Affairs, and Pasigan M. Sapalon, Provincial Vice Chairman for Internal Affairs, also shared messages of support and encouragement. Chairman Musa further explained the rationale behind the training.
A key highlight of the event was the comprehensive lecture delivered by Tu Alid Alfonso, UNYPAD National Vice President for Internal Affairs, who served as the main resource speaker. His session focused on effective strategies in Da’wah, public speaking, and presentation skills, equip participants with practical tools to enhance their communication abilities.
Participants expressed their appreciation for the valuable insights gained during the training and committed to applying the knowledge in their organizational initiatives and community engagements.
