UBJP Maguindanao Candidates for the May 2025 Elections take an oath to Party President Ebrahim

COTABATO CITY (January 16, 2025) – The United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) entire candidate slate of Maguindanao del Norte led by Mayor Datu Tucao Mastura, who is running for governor, and Mayor Datu Marshall Sinsuat, who is running for vice governor, officially took their oath of office to the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) political party’s President Al Haj Murad Ebrahim, along with other party leaders, led the swearing-in of the new members.

On a report received by the BangsamoroToday and the Bangsamoro Multimedia Network, there were new UBJP candidates from Rajah Buayan in Maguindanao del Sur and South Ubian in Tawi-Tawi also took the oath as official members of the party for the upcoming 2025 Elections.

In UBJP President Ebrahim’s message to the UBJP candidates, he emphasized that the UBJP party is true to its clean aspirations for Bangsamoro and the upcoming elections.

He added that achieving justice for the Bangsamoro is one of the party’s main goals in serving the public. “Kung united tayo sa pagsusulong ng Justice, in Allah’s will, we will win, we will attain our objective for the Bangsamoro,” he emphasized.

Along with UBJP President was his Vice President for Central Mindanao Mohagher M. Iqbal and other officers.

This gathering is part of the UBJP’s continued strengthening of its ranks as the 2025 Elections approach, while also striving to strengthen the party’s unity and advocacy throughout the Bangsamoro region. (Tu Alid Alfonso, BMN/BangsamoroToday)
