IOM Visits the Chief Minister’s Office of Peace, Security, and Reconciliation for Potential Future Collaboration
COTABATO CITY (June 11, 2025) — Representatives from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) visited the Peace, Security, and Reconciliation Office of the Chief Minister (PSRO-OCM) today in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
In a social media post, PSRO stated that the purpose of the visit was to discuss potential partnerships and collaborations for upcoming projects and initiatives in the region.
During the meeting, both parties explored opportunities for collaboration, particularly focusing on programs related to migration, public affairs, and capacity building.
PSRO mentioned that IOM expressed its willingness to support BARMM initiatives aimed at improving the livelihoods and well-being of the Bangsamoro people.
