The UBJP inaugurates an office for the Vice President of Central Mindanao
COTABATO CITY (April 29, 2024) — The United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) inaugurated its office for the Vice President for Central Mindanao, held at the covered court of Brgy. Rosary Heights 7, this city. The event featured impactful speeches and reaffirmations of the party’s commitment, highlighting the UBJP as “The Party That We Can Trust.”
The program commenced with a qur’anic recitation led by al-Hafidh Muzaher S. Bito who garnered 3rd place in the recently conducted Dubai International Holy Qur’an Contest.
UBJP Vice President Mohagher M. Iqbal extended greetings and introduced the UBJP as the primary political party in the region, advocating for unity and resilience amidst hardships and hope.
Bangsamoro Mufti Sheikh Abdulrauf A. Guialani led an Islamic orientation, represented by his colleague elucidating the UBJP’s objectives for Central Mindanao and emphasizing the importance of unity in all aspects of life.
Cotabato City Mayor Mohammad Ali “Bruce” Matabalao expressed gratitude to the UBJP for their invaluable support in his election as Mayor of Cotabato City. He underscored the UBJP’s commitment to collaborate in maintaining peace, order, and progress in the city and the entire region.
The UBJP’s vice president for Central Mindanao outlined their aspirations and goals for various sectors of society, including women, settlers, indigenous peoples, traditional leaders, and youth. Each expressed their support for the continuous development and empowerment of the Bangsamoro.
In his address, UBJP Party President Ahod “Alhaj Murad” B. Ebrahim highlighted the party’s collaboration with the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP), led by National Chairman President Bongbong Marcos Jr., citing that the alliance is a demonstration of the UBJP’s commitment to unity and cooperation for the nation’s welfare.
